Ninh Binh is an outstanding destination with stunning karst landscapes of the Tam Coc valley and Cuc Phuong National Park. The areas are also known as the “Inland Ha Long” and Trang An sites. Escape the stresses of the city for a couple of days into an area that compliments a mix of adventure and relaxation. This trip is perfect for all types of travelers including families and groups. The bikes are fully ridged standard bikes for ease of travel. Fully supported by a van covering a distance of 60 km. The trip is very flexible if you feel like covering more or less distance by bike.

HIGHLIGHTS

We will visit Tam Coc, “Halong Bay on land”, on a sampan boat rowed by a local. The boat trip is a nice journey along the river with the peaceful scenery of limestone mountains, rice paddy if traveling during harvest season.
We will visit a local traditional family with three generations living together, see the house architecture, their daily life and their handicraft job of making traditional embroidery.
Biking to explore the rice fields and limestone mountains with a unique route and discover the most features of Thung Nham bird reserve with more than 50.000 birds of 40 flying species.
Experience 30 mins halfway of climbing to the peak of Mua cave, one of the most alluring places to get the panorama view of Ninh Binh – the World Heritage site.
Enjoy a delicious lunch served at the restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine.

Our guide picks you up at your hotel. Scenic drive of about 100 km on a good road by mini-van to Ninh Binh.
10:00 am
We arrive at Tam Coc and start our first visit on a sampan boat rowed by a local for about 1.5 hours. Known as “Halong Bay on land”, the boat trip is a nice journey along the river with the peaceful scenery of limestone mountains, rice paddy if traveling during harvest season.
After that we enjoy a delicious lunch served at the restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine.
After lunchtime, we check in Bungalow for a short rest.

Then we visit a local traditional family with three generations living together. Here you will get the chance to see the house architecture and their daily life and their handicraft job of making traditional embroidery.

Next activity with our biking to explore the rice fields and limestone mountains with a unique route. Get on a small sampan to visit Thung Nham bird reserve, discover the most features of this area with more than 50.000 birds of 40 species flying to inhabit every day.
Then we cycle back to the host family for free time to relax with an afternoon tea break. Dinner served and stay overnight at Tam Coc Bungalow.

You will have breakfast then do morning exercises by walking around the Tam Coc area. This morning we bike to Mua cave, one of the most alluring places to get the panorama view of Ninh Binh. With 30 mins halfway of climbing to the peak of the cave, enjoy the panoramic view of the World Heritage site.
Then we back to the bungalow for a shower before check out.
Lunch before we drive back to Hanoi.

We arrive in Hanoi and drop you back to your hotel. End of this trip.

– 6 to 0 (zero) days before your departure: You will have to pay 100% of your total tour cost.
