Routes: Hanoi – Mai Chau – Pu Luong  – Hanoi.

A medium hike through the most beautiful parts of Vietnam’s northern mountains.

Below is group price.Cost is estimated per adult, if you go with children the price will be charged according to the kids price. Make sure to select number of children when you make you make the booking, we will inform you total cost according that.

Day 1: Hanoi - Mai Chau - Pu Luong

8:00 am
Depart from your Hanoi hotel and transfer to Mai Chau on our spectacular 4-hour drive. Upon arrival at the village in Mai Chau, we take a short walk to visit the ethnic Thai people. Lunch is arranged at local family for local experiences.

In the afternoon, we take an hour driving to the trekking place where we start to trek through the beauty of the Pu Luong nature reserve. The trekking distance is flexible due to the weather and it would be the medium level but requires some walking up hills but it’s worth your hike as we will see many spectacular views of villages and terraces.
5:00 pm

We get to the village to have a rest and shower, then a traditional dinner with our host family and overnight here.
Driving Distance: about 230 km
Trekking Distance: about 6-9 km (3 hours)
Trekking level: Medium

Day 2: Pu Luong - Thanh Hoa, drive back to Hanoi

Witness the daily life of the locals by walking around.
7:00 am
Having breakfast.
Some more easy hike long the paddy field if time permits before catching our van ride to the lunch spot.
5:00 pm
We will then have a scenic drive back to Hanoi, the end of this trip.

How can I book a tour?
You can make a tour booking via our advanced booking system. It is very easy to manage all your booking status, booking history, personal information, wishlist, inbox, and cancellation. Please contact us directly for any amendments, that way we can advise you to help you enjoy the best service that meets your needs. Cancellation follows our Cancellation policy.
The system will send you a confirmation email, please make sure to check your email. In case you cannot find the email on inbox, it may be marked as spam email, make sure to check it.
Minimum days to book before departure: 30 days
If you don't have an account, the system will automatically register one for you when you submit a booking form. The account information will be sent to your email.
If you already registered an account, it even easier, just log in and make your booking.
The great thing when you have an account in the system you can post comments, share your experiences with others and write your reviews. In this way we can improve the quality of the service.
Can you send us the final itinerary before we book the tour?
We will send you a detailed itinerary base on your request.
What is your cancellation policy?
– Any time to 45-30 days prior to your departure: please pay 30% of total tour cost,
– 29 to 16 days prior to your departure: You will have to pay 50% of total tour cost
– 15 to 7 days before your departure: You will have to pay 75% of total tour cost
– 6 to 0 (zero) days before your departure: You will have to pay 100% of your total tour cost.
If there is a balance sending back to you after the cancelation fee, you will have to cover the bank fee resulted from our banks here.
For weather conditions, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative of equivalent quality or a partial refund. No additional compensation will be paid over.
What is the  Deposit & Balance policy?
Deposit: An advanced deposit from 30- 50% of the total cost is required to guarantee your booking. If your booking is too close to the departure date (normally 30 days) we may need more deposit or required the full payment in advance
In some cases, services like hotels, flight fares, require full payment before your arrival, thus your balance must be paid before your arrival to Vietnam. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking without a refund of monies paid.
Balance: Need to be done before you travel or upon your arrival to Vietnam, at our office or via our payment system. Please contact our travel consultant for these details.
How can I make the payment?
We accept paying by credit card both via fax or online. For your protection, we use a very secure online payment, that has never caused us or our clients any trouble. Upon finalizing your tour and travel arrangements with your Hatvacation Travel consultant, we will send you an authorized form to fill out. Once completed fax or email it to us. Alternatively, you can just fill out the necessary information on the payment link we can provide in an email. Then you just pay online.
If you have further inquiries, please contact our travel consultant for details.
Tip: Online payment is safe, we will send you a secure link for your payment, however, this will cost you a small extra charge as the banks take a small percentage. If you do not like giving your credit card online, you can wire money to our bank account.
