The Ministry of Health of Vietnam has issued an emergency notice to find all people who have been to medical examination and care for patients at 3 hospitals in Hanoi while COVID-19 237 patients were present.
On the evening of 3/4, the Ministry of Health announced 4 more cases of COVID-19, of which patient number 237 was the live case in the community.
Patient 237 is a male, 64 years old and a Swedish citizen, with a history of blood cancer.
The patient arrived in Vietnam from the end of December 2019, moving to various locations in Ninh Binh and Hanoi from March 17 to April 1.
On 11-21 / 3, patients stay at Ngoc Anh Hotel, facility 2 – 38 Luong Van Tuy – Ninh Binh.
On March 21, the patient took a van X.E Limousine from Ninh Binh (9.30 am) to Hanoi.
From 21-22 / 3, patients stay at Canary Hanoi Hotel, No. 4 Vu Huu Loi, Hanoi.
On March 22-31, patients at Sao Hotel, No. 2, Alley 25, Lam Du, Bo De, Long Bien
On March 26, the patient had an accident and was taken to Vietnam-French Hospital by ambulance 115, then returned to the hotel.
On 30/3, the patient was re-examined in Viet Phap.
On March 31, a patient with a heavy nosebleed was taken to Duc Giang General Hospital by the family members, examined, then transferred to the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.
On the morning of April 1, patients were sampled and tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.
Currently, patients are transferred to isolation and treatment at the Central Tropical Hospital BV 2.
The Ministry of Health recommends that all people who have been to the above places during these times contact immediately the Centers for Disease Control of provinces or cities for instructions on health monitoring.
